Christian Stewardship recognises that everything we have is a gift from God, and that giving something back to God is as important as receiving.  Stewardship is a way of life, a caring attitude that builds a strong and vibrant church.

The Catholic Church in the Diocese of Bunbury is growing.  With the growing population, there are the growing spiritual, social and other needs of people.  The Diocese is challenged with keeping pace with the pastoral needs and concerns of the increasing numbers of people, including Catholics.

Responsible Stewardship will be seen as utilising our resources in ways that ensure the Church’s mission of service can be fulfilled, both now and in the future.  Accordingly, the primary purpose of these resources is for people in need.

The Catholic Diocese of Bunbury, through its parishes and Catholic schools, provides a wide range of services that touch the lives of many people throughout the region in a wide variety of important and meaningful ways.  Their efforts are supported by the Diocesan Pastoral Office.
